Maimonides Medical Center – New York City Sept. 2003 – April 2006 Staff Psychologist in both the Continuing Day Treatment Service and the Children’s and Adolescents’ Outpatient Service. Conducts Individual and Group Psychotherapy, Familial Counseling, Psychological testing, and Initial Intakes and Evaluations for both services. Coordinates both psychological testing, and nutrition committee for CDTS.

Assessed ongoing needs and made referrals where appropriate to services in GMHC and elsewhere. Clients were adult men and women who were HIV+.
Bellevue Hospital Center – New York City Sept. 1997 - Jan. 1998 Assessment & Remediation Extern for Traumatic Brain Injury Unit. Conducted neuropsychological assessments and cognitive remediation with inpatients under the supervision of the unit’s Senior Psychologist.
Center for Educational & Psychological Services Sept. 1994 - June 1998 Teachers College - Columbia University Psychotherapy & Assessment Clinician-in-training for children, adolescents, and adults. Conducted psychotherapy with clients referred for treatment, performed evaluations of clients referred for assessment, and intakes of potential clients to determine appropriate disposition; all under the direction of experienced supervisors.

Bellevue Hospital Center – New York City Sept. 1989 - May 1991 Research Coordinator for Alcohol Detoxification Unit. Attended unit rounds, and assisted in therapy groups. The Junior League of the City of New York, Inc. July 2000 - July 2004 Community Vice-President, Board of Managers, overseeing Healthy Foundations and Family Life Skills Focus Areas. Responsible for two hundred forty four volunteers placed on fourteen community committees. Involved in strategic planning and project implementation both externally in the community and internally within the organization. Served on Membership Satisfaction Task Force and created first Sustainer Survey, served on Settlement Health Task Force, represented NYJL at Association of Junior Leagues International’s Annual Conference. Focus Area Manager, Board of Managers, overseeing Cultural Enrichment of Youth Focus Area. Responsible for one hundred eighty volunteers placed on seven community committees, with a total budget of over ninety thousand dollars.
Young Adult Institute/New York League for Early Learning Lifestart Center June 2000 - June 2001 Fundraising Co-chair for not-for-profit organization providing assessment and treatment for children with developmental difficulties. Spearheaded new fundraising initiatives which yielded 1M during calendar year.
