Assessed ongoing needs and made referrals where appropriate to services in GMHC and elsewhere. Clients were adult men and women who were HIV+.
Bellevue Hospital Center – New York City Sept. 1997 - Jan. 1998 Assessment & Remediation Extern for Traumatic Brain Injury Unit. Conducted neuropsychological assessments and cognitive remediation with inpatients under the supervision of the unit’s Senior Psychologist.

The Junior League of the City of New York, Inc. July 2000 - July 2004 Community Vice-President, Board of Managers, overseeing Healthy Foundations and Family Life Skills Focus Areas. Responsible for two hundred forty four volunteers placed on fourteen community committees. Involved in strategic planning and project implementation both externally in the community and internally within the organization. Served on Membership Satisfaction Task Force and created first Sustainer Survey, served on Settlement Health Task Force, represented NYJL at Association of Junior Leagues International’s Annual Conference. Focus Area Manager, Board of Managers, overseeing Cultural Enrichment of Youth Focus Area. Responsible for one hundred eighty volunteers placed on seven community committees, with a total budget of over ninety thousand dollars.
Young Adult Institute/New York League for Early Learning Lifestart Center June 2000 - June 2001 Fundraising Co-chair for not-for-profit organization providing assessment and treatment for children with developmental difficulties.
